Russian hockey players may yet be allowed to represent their country in international competition after the IIHF Disciplinary Board annulled the governing body's January decision earlier this week. While the board "explicitly confirmed that this does not mean that Russia has automatically been reintegrated," it determined that the IIHF Council did not provide sufficient evidence in its determination and has sent the matter back to the IIHF Council for further review.
